Alba Sunyer Ollé

Alba Sunyer was born in Barcelona and inherited her passion for Catalan cuisine from her mother. With over 15 years of experience in the U.S., she has built a successful career as a chef, entrepreneur, and consultant, collaborating with government agencies, international brands, and local companies. Alba is also the author of The Catalan Table, endorsed by renowned chefs. Today, she represents CETT–University of Barcelona in the U.S., teaches nationwide, and consults for the Catalan American Council and Prodeca, a public company of the Catalan Government promoting Catalan food worldwide.
